Illegendaries Employee Handbook

Welcome to the League of Legends at Work.
We dominate, beyond legends.

Welcome to Illegendaries — a workplace built for creators, thinkers, and doers.
We’re more than a team — we’re a growing family of innovators who bring ideas to life.

This handbook outlines how we work together — from communication to leave rules, salary, and general conduct — so everyone enjoys clarity, consistency, and growth.

Who We Are :

Illegendaries stands for creativity, collaboration, and constant improvement.
Each employee contributes to the bigger mission — to create impact and grow with integrity.

Communication Guidelines
:

Keep all communication respectful, clear, and professional.

Use official channels for company work:

HR Queries: theillegendariesgmail-com

Official Chat Groups: Team/Project-specific groups only.

Avoid work discussions on personal numbers after office hours unless necessary.

Encourage open, constructive feedback — silence blocks progress.

Working Days & Hours :

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday (Rules Applicable)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary by project)

Breaks: 1 hour total (lunch + tea)

Attendance: Must be marked daily via HR-approved system or message.

Leave Policy

  1. Types of Leave

Casual Leave (CL): For personal reasons or short breaks.

Sick Leave (SL): For health-related absences (medical proof may be required).

Unpaid Leave (LWP): Applied when no paid leave balance is available.

  1. 15–20 Day Rule (Leave & Sunday Eligibility)

Employees must have worked at least 15 to 20 days in a month for Sundays and holidays to be considered paid.

If total days worked in a month are less than 15 days,

Sundays and holidays will not be counted as paid, and

No paid leave will be accrued for that month.

Example:
If an employee works only 14 days in October, Sundays and holidays in that period will be unpaid.

  1. Sandwich Rule

If a leave is taken before and after a weekend or holiday,
then the weekend/holiday in between will also be counted as leave.

Example:
If you take leave on Saturday and Monday, Sunday will also count as leave.

  1. Applying for Leave

Apply through HR (email or official message) at least 2 days in advance.

Emergency or sick leaves should be informed as soon as possible.

Uninformed absences = Leave Without Pay (LWP).

HR has final approval rights on all leave requests.

Salary & Payment Policy :

Salary Cycle: 1st to 30th/31st of every month.

Salary Credit Date: Between 5th and 15th of every month.

Mode of Payment: Direct bank transfer or as specified by HR.

Payslip: Shared monthly via email or internal portal.

Delays due to holidays, audits, or bank processing will be communicated in advance.

Notice Period & Exit Policy :

Standard notice period: 30 days.

Resignation must be submitted in writing (email) to HR and reporting manager.

Short notice or failure to serve 30 days may lead to:

Salary deduction for unserved notice days.

Delay in issuing relieving/experience letters.

All company property (devices, files, accounts) must be returned before final settlement.

HR & Attendance Rules

Attendance is tracked through HR-approved system or logs.

Repeated late arrivals, absenteeism, or early exits may affect salary or performance reviews.

3 consecutive uninformed absences will be considered voluntary abandonment of employment unless justified.

Professional behavior, honesty, and respect are mandatory for every team member.

Other Workplace Rules

Maintain confidentiality for all company projects and client data.

Company assets (laptops, files, tools, etc.) should be handled carefully.

Misuse of company property or information will lead to strict HR action.

Respect team hierarchy and always communicate through the proper chain when needed.

Creativity is encouraged — feel free to share ideas, concepts, or feedback anytime.
